XP-360b doesn't want to print on label roll

Hello ! Hoping on hope that somebody helps. My xp-360b doesn't print on label roll paper. It just beeps anytime I click print and shows a red light, but prints on thermal paper fine. I tricked it by fixing some label rolls on to a thermal paper an inserting it into the printer whether it was a size issues and it printed in the label printer. What seems to be problem and what should I do.

  I just replied to your other forum post, try tweaking the label sensor setting here
