    Hi,

    I assume this is ticked:

If so have you tried configuring Integration Builder to run under a different User account in the event it is a permissions issue? This option can be found on the Actions tab in Integration Builder.

Alternatively you could try setting the serial; number field as a Global Data Field.

Did anyone get this working?  I have the issue whereby the Serial starts at 1001 and increments by 1 so 5 labels would start at 1001 and finish at 1005.  The next print job should start at 1006 but it goes back down to 1001.  I have selected the option to save the document after print job and even used a Global data field instead of embedded but it still resets the serial after every print.

Yes it works for me just using the save as option highlighted above.

I am running it all locally rather than connecting to any network drives so it could be a permissions issue. You could try settings some specific User Credentials in the Action tab of the Print Document action as normally Integration Builder will use a Local System account and so may not sufficient permissions to be able to save the file.
