I´m windows administrator and have no access to datastore
I´m windows administrator and have no access to datastore, and have no access to datastore db, therefore I can´t retrieve messages from integration services. Could you help? How that happen that I no longer access to the BT database. I are currently using BT 2019 R9.

Can you open Admin Console or History Explorer app as you can see various messages etc. in there?

No, I can´t. The message is that my user has no permission to see/open the database.

I had something similar with a customer a few days ago and it turned out that not all the services were running. I think it was the BarTender System Service, which threw up an error that the user had insufficient rights as Admin Console could not access the System Database and it looks if that is the case the default situation is security is enabled but o one has access as Admin cant see the full settings of who can do what etc.
I would suggest you double check all the services are running and if they are trying using a different user account to see if you can access/run the program. If not you will probably need to raise a support ticket with your regional Tech Support office and see if they can help.
