Have you reimported the document settings into Integration Builder to register the changes in there?

Hi Ekin, thanks for your post! So, that error message is actually very straight-forward; if the template doesn't reference any of the database fields in your 'trigger' file (if you're using a File Integration, for example), then it means that the data you're trying to pass via Integration cannot go anywhere.

Say for example, that your trigger file has a database field called "FirstName" and the actual record of "John". In the label, you have to make sure that the text object is referencing that database field ("FirstName"). If it does not reference that database field correctly, you end up with this error message.

If you're still having problems with your Integration, consider revisiting our Integration Examples page and reviewing the Integration that fits your needs. If you're stuck, consider also opening a case with our Technical Support team at Get Support

    Thanks again!

    Hello,
Thank you very much for helping out. I had reimported the document settings and also the database fields were correct. I was watching an old Integration Example video on youtube, why I got confused and had something wrongly configured within "File Action".
My issue has been resolved by unticking "Database Overides" > "Use data sources".

    Thank you!
