BarTender Integration Service creates a lot of files in a temp folder

Hello,

we're working with an older version of BarTender -> 2016 R3. We moved BarTender to a new server.

And now the Windows service "BarTender Integration Service" creates a lot of files in a temp folder.

C:\User\xyz\AppData\Local\Temp

The files are like these. 

Can anybody help me?!

  Hello Stefan, thank you for your post!

  Stefan, to begin you should be using the latest build of BarTender 2016; you can download it here. Make sure that you are clicking on the Other Versions and Options to find the R9 build (which is the latest for BarTender 2016).

  After the update, if you're still having issues (or if the files are somehow causing you a performance-related problem), please reach out to us via Tech Support's ticketing system.
