Is it possible to speak with someone. 6 hours of trying to start a program is very frustrating and is not a great start to the purchase of bartender.

Hi David,

If you need immediate help, I would recommend clicking on the Get Support tab in the upper navigation menu. Once there, you can introduce your Support Number on the highlighted checkbox. The phone and chat boxes will turn green and you will be able to select them and directly reach one of our support technicians, provided you have an active Maintenance and Support contract with us (if this a new purchase is highly likely this is the case):



Also, if you have an open ticket with us, you can request a call or remote session with the support technician assigned to your ticket number.
