Connection ID required
We are setting up the Print Portal app and where doing some testing then all of a sudden it displayed
"Connection ID required"
Not sure what is wrong or how to correct it.

"Connection ID required" error messages could be tied to compatibility issues between Print Portal and the device you are currently trying to use it on. Could you tell us what device type are you trying to use BarTender's Print Portal App on? If these are mobile devices, we would recommend testing Print Portal on another browser other than the integrated one on the phone (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, etc).
Does Print Portal display the same message on these browsers?

Thank you Xabier. I tested it on the browser and do not get that error, it appears I only get it when attempting to use the Bartender Print Portal Application. I have attempted to use the application on my Samsung s10+ phone as well as a Samsung a7 Tablet.

Thank you for confirming Allen. At this moment, Print Portal is not optimized to run on mobile devices; still, we are glad to know you were able to get this working using other browsers.

Thank you for the information Xabier. I guess Seagull having a Print Portal App downloadable from the Google Play Store or the Apple App store confused me.

Taking a look at the ticket you opened up with our Support Team, it would seem you are using BarTender 2021.
If you review our Print Portal App specifications you will see the app was designed to run on BarTender 2016 and 2019; as internal software design was changed in BarTender 2021, the app can run into some unwanted behavior. However, Print Portal can still be used on mobile devices using a web browser without any issues.
