Activation Error 1037
I'm getting an Activation Wizard Message #1037 when I attempt to reinstall BarTender (and the license server) on our existing, dedicated license server machine. The error says that the product key code is still activated on another computer, but this is the only license server we've ever had. When I did a full manual uninstall of Bartender from this machine, no other instances of the license server were detected.
I've tried launching the License Server Remote Administrator and manually entering every other address in our DHCP scope, but no rogue license server has been found (nor has one been automatically detected).
I am one of only two users here who could've installed the license server elsewhere, and neither of us has done so. We have product waiting to ship that needs labels, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have there been any hardware changes and I guess you did not deactivate the software when you uninstalled it?
It sounds like license Server is thinking this is a different machine to the original one and so you probably need to raise a support ticket with Seagulls Tech Support team directly to see if they can resolve the issue for you and deactivate the licence at their end so it can be reactivated again

We are trying to install our BarTender program in another computer because the one it was installed on no longer works. We are receiving a 1037 error message saying we have the program installed on another computer, which is true; however, we can't get the computer to turn on to deactivate it. How can we remedy this?

You will need to speak to Seagull's Tech Support team directly about this (Submit a Request link above) as the old licence will need to be deactivated first and if the pC is not available they will need some more information so they can manually deactivate from their system freeing up the licence again.

i got the same problem. I want to activate my license to a new computer because my old computer is broken. what do I have to do?
