Printing labels to two different printers Seguir

I have an issue. When we print labels, it prints to two different printers.

Not sure how to isolate the issue.

In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would appreciate if you could send us the following information:

  • Could you tell us what kind of printing method are you using for printing? Is this an integration, or does it happen when printing directly from BarTender Designer?
  • Also, could you tell us what BarTender version and edition are you currently using?
  • Finally, what printer models are you using? Are these using Drivers by Seagull™? Could you send us a screenshot of these on the print tab?
