What happened to the "Building a File Integration Using a CSV File in BarTender" VIDEO

doesn't  work nor can I find that video on the Bartender support site.

I keep getting :

I'm still using the 2016 R9 version of bartender and was running into an small issue in building another CSV file integration and tried to go back and review the video.
