Windows server 2019 update with BarTender 2022

Dears,

22/06/2022 - update for windows servers 2019 (KB5014692) has been released. We have BarTender 2022 installed (we are currently testing the BarTender 2022 version before deployment.). After installing this update, BarTender queue stopped working (printers showed spooling). After restarting the print queue service, 1 label was printed and after that BarTender froze again. after uninstalling update the bar-tender 2022 works normally. Will there be a repair?

  Hello Jakub,

  However I cannot provide you a solution, except uninstalling the mentioned windows update, but I can share with you that Bartender 2021 R1 and R8 has the same issue on Windows 10 with windows update KB5013887 (June 14, 2022).

  You cannot start the application, it closes immediately. If you open the Administration Console, there you can see a popup with exception caused, but the console did not start.
