External Images in Print Portal
So we're trying to use an external image on a network share view print portal. Printing works correctly using the designer, but once published to print portal, it tells us the file cannot be found. We are using UNC paths and have verified the file exists and that that path is correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the BarTender Community. In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would benefit from having the following information:- Are you able to print this label in BarTender Designer without errors?
- Could you send us a screenshot of the error message displaying the "fine cannot be found" message?
- What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using?

Thanks for the follow up. We are using 2019 R9 and everything prints in the designer with no errors. Below is the error we are getting.

We where able to get it resolved by setting the print scheduler service and IIS App pool to a different user with the correct permissions.
