    Hello Ivan,

    Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.

    Could you provide us with a screenshot of the warning message or the full text? I'm asking because some warning and error messages share the same numeration.

    In the meantime, this warning could be related to the services needing a restart. Please check the Windows services: there should have 4 BarTender services: BarTender Integration Service, BarTender Licensing Service, BarTender Print Scheduler, BarTender System Service.

    1. Windows Start menu --> Services app

    2. Look at all the Services that start with "BarTender." See if any, some, or all of them have a status that says "Running."

    3. If the Status column no longer shows "Running", right-click it and select "Start." Verify the Status column shows "Running" for it again. Do 3 for each service. If needed, you can also right-click the service(s) and select "Restart" for each service to try restarting it to see if it fixes your issue.

    Hello,

    Bellow was the message that appeared under the error number.

    The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open. Click OK, and then close open dialog boxes to continue.

    I completely closed Bartender from task manager however when opening, this error message would occur.

    Hello Ivan,

    Just to confirm, after restarting your computer, you open BarTender Deisgner, and you immediately get this error?

    If so, there may be something wrong with the BarTender's installation. I would first recommend trying a repair:

    1. Click on the Start icon in the Windows Taskbar and start typing "Add or remove programs" until you see the corresponding option in the search results.
    2. Search for BarTender and click on it to make the Modify and Uninstall options appear. Select Modify.
    3. In the Wizard, select the Repair option and click next. (Repair will then attempt to fix the errors by replacing the program files, reinstalling the services and software prerequisites)
    4. Once the process is done click on Finish. 

    If that doesn't work, then try updating to the most recent revision of your version of BarTender:

    And if you're still having issues after that or already up-to-date, I would recommend uninstalling & reinstalling BarTender. You can find the uninstall option in the same place as Repair (Just "Remove" instead of "Repair), and you can use the download you used to update BarTender.
