2022 R2 License Issue
Hello,
We have been using an older version of BarTender with a TSC ME240 printer at our business for some time now. We do not know who purchased the license and printer originally, and we do not have the product key code anymore. Recently, we started having compatibility issues with the old version not being able to open files from our business cloud that had been edited by a later version of BarTender. We then downloaded and installed the most recent BarTender update. We tried to reopen the application, and our suite appears to no longer be activated. It cannot read any licenses on our server even though the printer is connected as before and nothing else has changed. Is there a way we can find our product key code, or to help the software locate our existing license?
