What are you scanning? Is this the value for a lookup in a database (ie for printing product labels or similar)?

With a database link, create the filter in your database linked to the field that contain the barcode number you are going to scan and then on the Data Entry Form add a Text Input Box and in the Properties of that object Link it to you Database Filter created. You may also want to tick the barcode scanner option on the Data Entry screen and you may also need to adjust the data suffix in your scanner so that it scans the data and then TABS to the print button and then sends and Enter command.

For none Database linked the process is very similar for the Data Entry Form part above other than you need to link the text box to the field on the label that the barcode number will populate

I was using the Bartender 10.1 version and was able to scan to print in query's, I now have the 11.4.1 version and I am unable to understand on how to scan to print from a database excel spreadsheet, any ideas on what and how I need to set this up? My spreadsheet is attached; I can print the whole file I don't need everything printed at once.

In the Database Connection Setup you will need to add a filter (used to be called query in earlier versions) to allow this
