Connecting Google Sheets database to create barcodes and QR Codes

Hi All.

I have been on the phone to technical support for over a week now and not making any progress - Im hoping someone can help.

I have sucessfully connected a google sheets database to a label to create QR codes and barcodes on the one label.

If I create a label with just a QR code i can create, display, save and reopen the label file.

If I create a label with just a barcode I can create, display, save and usually reopen the label file, although it sometimes crashes the software.

If I create a label with a barcode and a QR code I can create, display and save the label but it will not reopen.  The software says it is loading 1 of 780 records from the database but it just whirs away until the software crashes.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here and how I can solve the problem?
