    Hello Urs,

    Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.

    After some research, the details you provided match a bug report with BarTender 2022 R4. Please note that this issue was transferred to our development team and they are actively working on it.

    Our technicians have been testing this and were able to reproduce the issue in their BarTender 2022 R4 environments. As a point of note, this issue is not present in BarTender 2022 R2, or in BarTender 2021 R9. Do you have the option to use either of those environments? If so, we would recommend using those versions of our software for the time being.

    We have also found a note on Microsoft's website, which suggests using Visual Studio Code with the PowerShell plugin. Could you try that and let us know if it's a suitable workaround?

    Thanks for the quick answer.

    If the problem is not there in 2022 R2 I think that could be a work-around. Have to check this. However, it is not an option to not use Powershell ISE as the components are broken and may bring problems in future. It is not possible to repair .NET with repair utilities from Microsoft or uninstall and reinstall it. Finishes with errors. However, Deinstallation seems to bring back the functionality of Powershell ISE. So Deinstallation-Routine is quite good *thumbsup*

    EDIT: Where can I get 2022 R2? Can not find the download. Any ideas when the Bug will be fixed? R4 has really a lot of fixes compared to R2. If you can provide me the build number for R3 that would be fine too, the very bad decimal bug does not affect my country.

    Hi again!

    Here is the link for the BarTender 2022 R3 installer file, although I can't say for certain that version does not share the same issue as the R4. Regarding when the bug is going to be fixed, we don't have an approximate ETA for this particular bugfix; however, my colleague on the support ticket can put the ticket on hold for you, and reopen it once we have confirmation from our dev team that the issue was fixed in newer BarTender 2022 releases.

    R2 does not have this Error. I will see if any other relevant problems do occur. Hope I can do a test with R3 soon.
