BarTender: Error Message #3258. Cannot Print Label

    Hi Carl,

    Thank you for reaching us with your query via the Community Forums.

    This might be a bug that was resolved in a newer BarTender release; could you tell us what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently on? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" menu on BarTender Designer.

    We are on Version:  BarTender Designer 2021 R8,  Automation Edition (2 Printers).  Ver: 11.2/177370 (64 bit) 

    Running on Windows 10 Pro x64 build 19044

    I tried excel CSV database and BarTender database and it happed on both.  Seems database's are not working.

    Thank you for the information! We have a more updated release of BarTender 2021 available; could you try updating your BarTender software to 2021 R9? You can find the BarTender 2021 R9 installer here.

    Also, we would recommend reviewing our article on How to Update to the Current Revision before updating BarTender.

    Hopefully, this will resolve the issue. If not, feel free to reach us again so we can continue troubleshooting it.

    So I updated to R9 and initially my desktop version said it could not find the licensing server then found it.  I'll test this to see if the problem still exsits.

    But....  Now I cannot get the Admin Console to come up and run.  It hangs after the splash screen and then the console comes up but says not responding in the title bar.  

    OK - Scratch that.  It took 5 minutes to actually sync into the server location now it's working.  So I'll test tomorrow the update ....

    Xabier......  That fixed the problem for me.  I am no longer getting the error when I print.  Thank you for your support and help. ! ! ! !
