Can Bartender Database Backup files be deleted without any issue
I got an alert from our monitoring software that the hard drive space on our server hosting BarTender 2016 Automation Edition is getting full. I checked to find the culprit and I am noticing that BarTender is taking up about 34.1 GB of footprint in location C:\ProgramData\Seagull\System\Database\Backup and taking up about 34.1GB in location C:\Users\All Users\Seagull\System\Database\Backup . The backup files in both folers appear to go back all the way to July 2020. Can I safely delete the old backup files from both folders or is there a process I need to do in BarTender first before I can safely delete the old backup files?

There probably wouldn't be an issue if you have not had to restore the System Database and so not longer need the files for any purpose but you may want to check out this (around page 11) first to make sure you are happy to proceed.

That's odd. If you paste the link into a browser it still works though.

Hi Peter. I figured out the problem. When I just click the link it has a "%C2%A0" after the ".pdf". If I remove the "%C2%A0" from the address bar and press enter then I can open it. Thanks for the info sir.
