a Database connection to a Microsoft D365 (LCS) SQL?

Hello, our customer test a BT2022, and now they would need to do a data base connection to a label from this sql base.

Didn't succeed direct with a first attempt.

Should this be possible somehow?

  In order to properly troubleshoot the issue your customer is experiencing, we would benefit from knowing if your customer gets an error message when the database connection fails; if so, could you provide us with said error message?
  
  Regarding your question, if you are asking if BarTender can connect with the database for Dynamics 365 then it would depend on if it runs on a database type BarTender interacts with, or if you have an OLE DB or ODBC driver installed that interacts with it.
