After change operating system from win7 to win10, we can't print
Hello,
when we try to print with bartender (v10.1), nothing comes up. The program code runs without errors, but the OS does not show whether a print job has been started and there is no reaction on the printer.
Why can that be?
Shouldn't an exception be thrown if Bartender can't be reached?

Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!
BarTender 10.1 is currently only compatible on Windows 10 machines up to version 1803, so that could be the issue. You can learn more about this in the below article:
We would suggest upgrading your BarTender version in order to fix this issue since BarTender 10.1 has been long out of support and it could have a number of issues running on newer machines.
