Can you post up an image of what your label stock actually looks like please?

Not sure what you mean by the negative option

sure, Its basically when you have a white label and you want to make the background of the label green for example, you use a green ribbons and press on "negative" option before printing so it will make the paper green and what it is written on it white.

PS: it worked on this shape but on circles it didnt work.

If you create a filled circle on the label that covers it all and then add a separate text object. I think, rather than setting it to white on black/negative, I would suggest adjutsing the font colour to white and see what that does. You will probably need to use the Arrange>Move to front/back on the objects too.

To use the negative option for printing more than one label at once, you'll typically need access to a label printing software or application that supports this feature. The specific steps may vary depending on the software you are using, but here's a general outline of the process:

    1. Open the label printing software: Launch the software or application that you use for label printing. Ensure that you have the latest version installed to access the most up-to-date features and options.

    2. Create or open the label design: Depending on the software, you may have the option to create a new label design or open an existing template. Select the appropriate option to proceed.

    3. Set the label dimensions: Specify the dimensions of your labels to match the size of the label sheets or rolls you are using. This step ensures that the software aligns the labels correctly for printing multiple copies on a single sheet.

    4. Configure the printing options: Look for an option or setting related to printing multiple labels on a single sheet. It may be called "Multiple Labels," "Label Quantity," or something similar. Enable this option and specify the desired number of labels you want to print on each sheet.
