Please help! RPD / ISS Bartender Issues S’abonner

I have a couple serious issues at the moment with bartender. Any thoughts or ideas will be great no matter how small or big! 1. Background: When using print manager on WYSE terminals and logging into RDP user to terminal we are creating 4 license's per printer. This depends on what VM Load server (1/3) it attaches to. **Example: User logs in to vm2 threw RDP login on terminal. and next day or later its gets server balanced to 1 or 3. and the 4th is the Bartender print server where the license application and programs run. ---------------------- PROBLEM: we have around 30 or so label printers and are getting license error. due to each printer being 4 licenses. at that rate we would need 120 just to take care of our 30 printers. (we have 50 Licenses) ---------------------- Resolution: If anyone can help with this or has pointers on how we can only produce one license would be great! ---------------- 2. The ISS bartender is VERY slow. We have allocated more than enough resources but STILL it is 30-60 seconds per click. Seems to almost be an issue reading the database? or just stalling out. With issue 1 I believe 1 out of the 4 licenses comes from this on the bartender server. We are using a temp work around but this is not good. It stalls / takes a long time to load and print. We need a solution asap and fix the problem 100%. **SOS --- Thx!
