I want to design a label like picture, but I dont know how to forrmat number with redline under! pls help me and sorry about my english! thanks

That is an EAN/JAN-13 barcode symbol and so BarTender should split it automatically. 

For some printers you have need to let BarTender control the creation of the barcode as the programmed in EAN-13 image does not have the Guide Bars (the three pair of bars that extend below the others) in which case you may need to adjust the Print Method setting

I really appreciate your help, but the distance of digit is different than picture, I mean. May be that another software?

If adjusting the scaling of the human readable text cant achieve what you need then you may need to set the Human Readable to none in the barcode settings and then add the 8, 809555. 748182 and the > as 4 separate text fields. 

For the first three set them as Object Value items linked to the barcode and then use the Transforms tab to amend how what characters are contained in each.  

In the image below I have left human readable visible and added the text fields below so you can see what I mean
