I have been having issues with my template working differently in Bartender compared to via the web with Print Portal specifically show next form action and autocomplete not working. I had a look in administrator to re-index the database and database maintainance is showing Failure under Last Status. If I Run now.... it try and fails.

Any ideas how to rectify this?
