If you aren't already try using Seagull's Zebra driver rather than the ZDesigner driver that Windows will install by default.

You could also try adjusting the font for the Vendor field to a printer font so that it is not an image that is going down for that part and see what that does. Deleting and adding back in the two fields could be worth a shot too as it sounds like something is getting corrupted somewhere.

    I am using Seagull's driver.

It's currently Arial. What would a printer font be?

I did try that, as well as making the entire label over from scratch, and still had the same result. Now I found that after doing a few batches with the center text moved all the way down towards the barcode so that the Vendor field prints, the Vendor field eventually gets cut off anyway. Closing and reopening the file seems to fix it temporarily.

It's frustrating because BarTender is so very close to doing exactly what I am trying to do, but it seems really buggy. It also "bricked" one of my other LP2844 printers, which I posted in a separate thread. And from the little bit of pricing I could find through a reseller, it seems that a license that can pull fields from a database is several hundred dollars. Ouch.

For the device fonts, try pressing Z in the fonts bar and try one of the Zebra ones that you can see.

You could try disabling some of the graphic and caching options on the File>Print>Performance tab to make BarTender send the graphics down every time you print
