Printing changed after server update

    Based on the information you provided, it seems that the labels are printing with an offset on the leading edge of the label by approximately 0.25 inches, despite your efforts to adjust the settings.

    • The specific version of BarTender software you are currently using. You can find this information by opening the "Help > About" tab on BarTender Designer's upper menu.
    • The make and model of the printer you are experiencing the offset issue with.
    • Any recent changes or updates made to your system apart from the server update.
    • Are you encountering this offset issue with all label designs or only specific ones?
    • Have you tried printing from a different computer or workstation to see if the issue persists?
