Label template/print out is not fitted to whole label on Honeywell PM43 label printer
Recently I installed new Honeywell PM43 label printer to replace old Intermec PM43 model. First picture shows that new printer prints out label where the template is not fitted to whole label. Second picture shows the old printer template print out which is correct. Anyone know what might cause this problem?

It looks like you have installed the wrong resolution printer driver for your printer (300dpi and not 203 from the look of it)

Thanks for the response, unfortunately I have the correct driver for the printer or atleast I think so. The driver is Intermec PM43 203 dpi. Tried to look Bartender driver for Honeywell PM43 but could not find it from Bartender website. So my conclusion was that since Intermec is kinda under Honeywell brand the Intermec drivers should work..

I take it you are using label software to print the label and it is not hard coded ie coming directly from your ERP system

Hi Peter,
Yes I am printing from our ERP system and we have approximately 45 label printers that are working with ERP. Printing from ERP goes through Bartender software.
I have also tried to print with this problematic printer directly from Designer and still got the same problem. Yesterday I updated our Bartender software to version 2022 R6. Hopefully that will do something and maybe fix the problem.

It does look like a resolution issue as mentioned before.
If you create a brand new label in BarTender that is the correct size and has a text box in each corner, how does that print?
