    Hello Stefan,

    Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums. In order to properly troubleshoot your issue, could you tell us what version, edition and service release of BarTender you are using? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" menu in BarTender Designer's upper menu.
     
    Having said that, here are a few suggestions regarding your issue:

    1. Double-check that IIS_WEBPRINT has local administration rights.
    2. Be sure that IIS_WEBPRINT has write access to the C:\inetpub 
    3. Login to your Windows server as that IIS_WEBPRINT account. You may need to give it domain access to do so. Once logged in, navigate to the C:\inetpub folder and its contents, to see if you have read/write permissions.

    Hi Xabier, thanks for your reply.

    We're running BarTender 2022 R7, 11.3/209432 (64-bit).

    I've added IIS_WEBPRINT to inetpub and have read/write permissions, but to no avail. I can log in as that user, and it is in the Administrators group of the server.

    The thumbnails for the labels are no now longer working on the Print Portal, but do work in Preview.

     

    Edit: Printing stopped working completely, great suggestions...
