Print Station Crashing When Being Idle S’abonner

Hi,

This is my first post here and I am not really working with Bartender myself but with IT-support.

I've been told that a few times a day Print station is crashing due to null pointer reference. This is happening when the application has been idle for some time. There are no problems printing, and thus not a big issue.

Anyway, I have attached the Windows error reporting services log.

Also note that we are running in a Citrix environment using citrix desktops.

Do you know what could be causing this? Or perhaps some input to how to proceed in order to find out what is causing this?

Here is the initial lines from the crash report:

Your best bet is to contact technical support: http://www.seagullscientific.com/support/technical-support/

You could try doing a full removal of BarTender, deleting all residual files and registry keys, rebooting and then reinstalling.
