ModérateurHello,
By duplicated, do you mean that the data from the Excel spreadsheet appears duplicated in the bar code, so that when e.g. the database field contains "12345", the bar code data contains "1234512345"?
Or to you mean that you see two bar codes being printed, one below the other?
If instead of reading the data from database, you use "Embedded Data" (Screen Data) as the source, will you see the same problem?
Also let us know what printer make and model is in use, what printer driver (and version) you've installed, how the printer is connected to the PC, what Windows version is in use...
i mean if item X have barcode 1234
and item Y have barcode 4567
in print preview show me that the tow item have the same barcode
i use printer Intermec easy coder PM4i
and i use windows XP
What do you mean exactly by items here? Do you mean two different database fields, or do you mean two records of the same database field, so that record 1 value is "1234" and record 2 value is "4567"?.
Could you possibly attach the BarTender document (.btw) and database file to this topic?
two records of the same database field
and i tried the screen data it give me the same problem
Could you attach the BarTender document which makes use of Screen Data and which reproduces the problem?
Also, do you have the same problem with a different printer in use?
When doing a new post, you've a button called "More Reply Options" which will open the "Full Editor". You can now attach files.
