Database Connection Setup Window Won't Open S’abonner

Came into work today and went to do some changes and when I clicked the button to open the Database Connection Setup nothing happened (I even tried Ctrl + D), it appeared that something might open, but then just nothing. If I create a new label it works just fine, just seems to be happen on all my previously made labels. Just a bit confused by this. any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try to close BarTender, open the Windows registry key ("Start > Run" then type regedit) and now remove the following registry entries:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Seagull Scientific
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Seagull Scientific
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Seagull Scientific (for 64 bit)

Another suggestion would be to open the Windows control panel, add to the "Add / Remove Programs" dialog, and choose to repair the BT installation (or remove and reinstall BT completely).
