I'm baiscally creating custom retail labels using an excel spreadsheet and odbc connection. I've done the multi database join. I have custom sql statements for each connection.

EXCEL CONNECTION

SELECT `FLAGSHIP SKU`, `VENDOR ITEM #`, `UPC CODE`, `TAGGED PRICE`, `LOC#` FROM `'MASTER ORDER$'`

ODBC CONNECTION

SELECT "SalesOrderNo", "ItemCode", "QuantityOrdered" FROM "SO_SalesOrderDetail"
ORDER BY SalesOrderNo, ItemCode

I created the data entry form with a text box for the Sales Order No. to be entered.

Now I want this to grab that sales order number  and print all the items pertaining to that order.

i was only able to get it to print one item at a time
.
For Copies I have it set to the database field QuantityOrdered.

What can I do to fix this???

Note: The sales order is duplicated multiple times based off how many items are attached to the order and each item has different quantities

I'm using Bartender Professional 10.1

It's not clear to me what is broken for you that you need to fix.  Is it something to do with the label print quantity per record that isn't working for you?  Please be clear as to what is not working, how it is currently doing something incorrectly, and state how you do want it to work.  Thanks!

I'm basically tyring to Print retail labels by sales order number. Two different connections. An odbc connection with all sales order information. An excel sheet with all item sku info. I have the custom label created. Now what i want is to able to enter the sales order number and print all items for the order. I was able to do it one by one. Which is not the way i want. Each item can have different quantities. I attached a copy of what i'm working on if that helps

To be clear, are you wanting to print multiple records from a record set (items in a matching sales order) that your database connection returns to a single label?  Or do you want a single record per label, but print X number of labels per record based on a field value in each record?

I see in your document that you've data sourced the quantity to print from the field "QuantityOrdered".  Does this field value contain an integer number for the quantity of labels to print per item record?  If that's what you want then that is the correct way to go about it.

From what I can see in your document all appears to be correct.  If it's not working as desired I suggest you contact technical support and go through it with them in a webinar session.
