Hello,

I am trying to include a text field in my barcodes to have a 'Box 1 of 80, Box 2 of 80, Box 3 of 80' entry etc..

I have found that by right-clicking on a box and choosing the transform, serialization option, I can add the increment..How

do I then implement this and print all 80 labels ?

Or is there an easier way?

Thanks

(example label attached)

Hello,

I am trying to add a text field to my label to indicate 'Box 1 of 80-, Box 2 of 80, Box 3 of 80' etc..

I have found that by right clicking on the field and choosing transform, serialisation options I can setup the incremental increase.

However, how do I get all 80 labels to print out correctly (as only 1 is visible).

Or is there a much easier way?

example attached

Thanks

Mike

From Components toolbox (View > Toolbox > Components),

Samples > Serialization, there's "Label X of Y" component.

it consisted by 4 datasources -

1. embedded text "Label "

2. embedded number with serialization transform

3. embedded text " of "

4. VB script of showing number of serialized copies (enter at print dialog)

OK thanks, i've found the Label of X of Y Component and believe i've amended the properties correctly.

How do i now produce the number of labels required. 1 of 80, 2 of 80, 3 of 80 etc..

The preview still shows just the original.

Thanks
