Error Message #3200
I am getting the error message #3200 "No Records found" even though the items I am trying to print bar codes for are in the database. This is a SQL Database. I even copy the Item number from the Database directly and paste into my query prompt. So this is happening on certain items and other items everything works fine.
I know there is a topic on this very same error message but it is for an Access database. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This error is the end result of something that went wrong. The query you've set-up and criteria you supply at print time has resulted in no records being selected. You need to double check things. Perhaps you've selected particular records from the Print dialog, rather than choosing the "All" option. See the below video:

I have several SQL Views built just to handle Bartender Labels. Recently, something changed that makes this same thing happen to us. When Emailing support we get Zero Replies even with a valid support code.
Multiple formats with multiple views work just fine when first opened. Then after using for 3 to 4 prints or just waiting a few minutes, this error message "#3200" will appear. If you close the format and re-open it works again for 3-4 prints or a few minutes, then error codes again until reset.
This makes using Bartender too painful to continue using it for an Enterprise Solution. Maybe Loftware would work better.

Terry Teter: It sounds like some more in-depth investigation is required in order to figure out what is going on with the intermittent fault in your system. I've asked my colleagues in Technical Support to prioritize your support request and get back to you shortly to start that process. Sorry for the delayed response.

Hi - I've just tried to view the video but it says it's private so I can't view it?

Hi Gail: I'm not totally sure what that video was exactly, and it was not my video. You might want to take a look at these videos and articles instead on the Support Center site.
