In the next day or so we will be releasing v10.0 SR2, unless it get held up by some last minute glitches. In SR2 we've made many "under the hood" changes to BT-WPS which should help to improve performance and reliability. I suggest you try downloading and installing that when it becomes available via the below link:

    http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/fixes_100.aspx

If you still encounter installation issues you should do a full uninstall of the software, manually delete any residual Seagull files and registry keys, reboot and then install. If License Server needs to continue running, I suggest you move it to a different computer temporarily first by deactivating it from the current computer and then activating on the backup computer.

Any update on availability? My project is hung while we are unable to deploy web print services.

Removing and reinstalling IIS as well as WPS resolved it.

I did encounter an issue. During setup of WPS the IIS_WEBPRINT user was not created. I manually created it and gave it full admin.

Any advice on minimum rights for IIS_WEBPRINT users? I am not super happy about an IIS app running as full admin.

You really shouldn't require anything more than domain user permissions. Just make sure that the user that you're running the site as has access to the data repository that you're storing your labels in.

    Thank you Mike.

Reinstall with SR2 fixed it. We now have new problems and are anxiously awaiting SR3.

It shouldn't be too long now for SR3. I don't have an exact date, but I get the sense that it's coming in the not too distant future.
