Print A Particular Sequence Of Labels At A Time
This might sound like a dumb question but I'm fairly new to this program and have been trying to figure out for the longest how to print only the labels needed. For example if printer skipped a lable, how can I go back and print out just that label instead of all of the set of labels at a time. Also, recently one of our customer has a unique # for each Item/SKU we have in our system.
So for example, I need 100 cases; 50 have and item that begin with ABC; but I have to insert a custom text box for reflect their unique SKU for that "ABC" item which is 123; but I only want to print that on the first 50 labels that have that SKU (I want to print 1-50) for the other 50 labels I have to print the "DFG" SKU with customers unique SKU for that item of "456" so I have to update the custom box I just created previously to "456" and print the 51-100 labels. Please help, everytime I try to print in a particular sequence like mentioned above I get an error message, I would greatly appreciate ANY guidance at this point.
Thank you,

To reprint labels you should make use of the BarTender System Database and the Reprint Console companion application.

Reprinting a label depends on if you're using a database or not. If not, just type the data you want to print and print one label.
If using a database, you have to select the records you want to print. The complexity of this is determined by how complex your database setup currently is. If just direct connected to an Excel sheet or something, it's very easy: http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/training-video-(selecting-records-from-a-database-at-print-time).aspx
Your second question sounds like a more complex formatting question that I'm not entirely following.
