Hello everyone,so here I am trying to learn this new program given to me by my employer and seem to come across a roadblock. I have a Master label that is currently linked to a data entry form. It is used to label incoming products based on 7 sizes. What I am trying to accomplish is that everytime i print 2 master labels the correct corresponding size prints out. IE 2 master labels for 1/2 inch and the 1/2 size label. I thought I would be able to do this via the print when option however, when I select the print when button it only gives me the option to print it or not to print. Im not sure if im in the right location. Is there a way to set conditional printing on an entire template? I cannot seem to find template properties. If I could get a point in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Thanks in Advance

Are you wishing to conditionally print different label layouts, but of the same dimensions.  Or are you wishing to conditionally print different layouts that can also be of different label dimensions?  If the former, then use the templates feature found in the BarTender "Page Setup" dialog via the "File>Page Setup" menu item selecting the "Templates" tab.  In here create a template selector which contains the conditional logic, and then as child items add your various template designs.  Rename the templates to be the a value of the condition thus selecting it at print time.  We introduce this concept on page 60 of this white paper: http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/whitepapers/whitepaper_whatsnewinbt10.pdf
