Why Vf9 Can Not Create Object "bartender.messages"? S’abonner

here the code:

btmessages = createObject("bartender.messages")

the VF9 show me a error message "Class definition BARTENDER.MESSAGES is not found"

I can't find any method create this object

I can create object just like "bartender.application" and "bartender.Formats"

but others can't create
