Access Database Data Sharing
We put the Access database on network, and when on computer opened the bartender label program and choose list, other computers can;t open the data, show the OLE DB error message "unspcified error".How can we open more than one bartender program and data list on same time?

About your issue:
1. Can you let us know your build number? (You can check it clicking on BarTender "Help" menu > "About" item)
2. Which Windows version are you using?
3. Do you have Ms Access installed on the local computer where BarTender is installed? If yes, let us know which version
4. Can you attach your BarTender label file and Access file?
5. Can you attach a screenshot o the error?
In order to attach files click on "More Reply Options" button and you will be able to attach the files.

thanks for your quick reply.
for your answer, see below:
1. the build number is 2179, version 8.01
2. the windows version is 7
3. MS Access installed on our computer, the version is 2010
the label file and error screenshot please see attached.
our Access file only use some table and query, but one Excel fle also link to Access ( due to need update it), I checked, if copy the Excel file to one Access table, it's ok, but if link to Excel file , the error occured.

About your issue:
1. Please note that your version is not full compatible with Windows 7 so we cannot guarantee that it will work properly.
2. Make sure that you have logged on Windows under an account with enough permission on the network folder.
3. Please, double check that you have inserted an existing record value in your database query.
4. Click on File "Menu" > "Print" item and use "All" as queried records instead of "First Only".
