Printer Tsc Ttp-245 As Receipt Printer S’abonner

hi all ,

 

i have a client who needs a receipt priinter 10 cm and this is not available in the market , so we used the TSC TTp-245 as a receipt printer  . but the problem is the problem is that  when the client runs his program the receipt is always fixed in size even when i made the media settings -> type of paper :continuous  , is there a solution for this problem ????? please inform

Do the client uses BarTender? For continuous labels, user can modify page height from page setup's page tab.

If not using BarTender, that may be difficult to control - one idea is create various length of custom paper size and specify paper size from the application.
