Printing Database Multiple Times
Okay, I didn't know the best title to put for this. Looking for a solution to a customer question:
- Customer populates one full page of labels from a database of many records.
- Customer wants to print 75 copies of this single page.
How does the customer do this without going through the print prompt 75 times? There is no trigger to restart printing from the start of the database (as far as I know), and printing "identical copies" will place all the identicals with each other, until advancing to the next record.
My only suggestion was to print the file 1 page to a PDF, and then re-print that the needed number of times. I was wondering if there is a line command or something that can accomplish this.

Hi nRyder,
Mmm - your option, using PDF is great. for manual printing, I would pick that.
If you need do that by automated printing, 10 records a page x 75 pages, I would create 10x75 rows of CSV data.
Another option is using Batch Maker on BarTender 9.3 - you can specify number of repeating jobs.
Hope that helps.0 -

Ah. Batchmaker!
I'll pass the instructions for that on to the customer and other techs in the area. I think that will be a user-friendly solution.0
