What version of BarTender are you using? In 9.4, try enabling the option 'Use alternate method to control data sourced copies' (Administer | Advanced Printer and Driver Setup...)

    Here's what the Help says:

[quote]Some drivers have difficulty in changing the number of copies per page during a single print job. For example, if your print job was supposed to print 2 copies of the first label, 5 copies of the second label and 4 copies of the third label, you may receive 2 copies of each label instead when you print. This option ensures that you will receive the correct number of each label when using a data source for the Number of Identical Copies setting.

When this setting is enabled, BarTender will generate the print job by breaking it into smaller parts, which avoids changing the copy count between pages. This may be slightly slower but will ensure that the correct number of copies print for each record.

    I'm using version 9.4.

I've tried changing the setting through administrator but getting the same result when I print..

It sounds like you have enabled the prompt for the print starting position on your page; this is found under the "Printing Order" tab of the "Page Setup" dialog. You are then selecting the 10th label on the page to print, rather than asking for 10 labels to print.

Could you attach your BarTender label format to this topic so that we may examine what is going wrong?
