Print Box In Prompt View Disappear S’abonner

I have a problem on some labels were the print box disappear in the web label print when I move the mouse over the field (see attached picture). So it is visible when I load the page and then disappear when I move the mouse arrow over the field.

We have Internet explorer 11 and Bartender 9.2 on a windows 2008 R2 server
