Trying to run trial version

Ive installed trial version and when I try to run Im getting following message:

User: CMP\icut

Action:Run

Application: BarTender

Bartenders security policy does not allow the specified user to perform this action.

Ive had to install this on another PC as I run MACs in office.

  Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.
  
  Did you install BarTender as Administrator?  If not, you may need to do a full uninstall then re-install as Admin and see if the error occurs.

  I had some vague memory of coming across something similar where one of the Services hadn't started and caused this and after a quick search found this, which may or may not help:
