Hello,

I am having a problem printing on the TSC TC300, using BarTender UltraLite software.

The dimensions of my labels are 25x15mm, they have a 2mm gap and 1mm of blank space on the sides.

I have the page layout set to 25 to 15mm in the printer properties.

Margin to 1mm on both sides.

Oriented on height.

Gap height set to 2mm.

And the printer driver is set to mostly factory default, after which i have let it calibrate on the current labels.

Yet it is printing most of the labels correctly, after every 2 or 3 labels the alignment seems shifted on the Y coordinate, the content being printed either further down or further up the label.

I have checked the sensor physically for any dirt and made sure it's clean.

I am kindly asking for any ideas for what could be the cause of this?
