Font size changing during print run
We frequently print runs of over a thousand labels. From time to time, the font size will change, rendering the text illegible, though QR codes and images stay the same size. We have been unable to ascertain the cause of the failure, and restarting the print job on the same label role is against our procedures, due to label accountability.
Has anybody seen this? And if so, what did you do to rectify?

Sounds an odd one. As the images are still all okay, you could try changing the fonts used to all True Type fonts as those will be sent to the printer as graphics too.
Is the text the same on all the labels or does it change part way through the label run and is at a change point where the error occurs?
