HI all,

We need to move the VM running the Bartender 10.1 licence server to a new host. We have taken a snapshot and copied to new host, but the desktop application is not finding the licence server. 

The server name and IP is the same, have tried to deactivate on ond VM and activate on new VM but no luck.

Appreciate any advise on how to succesfuly migrate to a new host
