Expired security certificate in driver packages
I'm trying to install a driver on Windows for a new printer (Xprinter XP-420B) and the supplied driver was created by Seagull Scientific. However, the security certificate expired on 8 August, 2024, so Windows thinks the driver is unsigned and the installation fails. I've checked the driver when downloaded directly from Seagull Scientific's own web site but it's using exactly the same certificate and fails for the same reason. Can the driver be resigned with a new, valid certificate?
