    If you open Administration Console and Printer Usage from the Licencing section you will be able to see all the printers that have had print jobs sent to them. I am guessing either someone has printed to an incorrect printer, or the existing one has been moved, so BarTender thinks it is a different device, or you have multiple users/PCs printing to the same printer but they are not using a central/shared driver so again BarTender thinks there are multiple computers. 

    To prevent incorrect drivers from being used you can tick the Prevent all Access... tickbox on the Printers setup screen in further up in the Admin Console screen. If the others are the cause then you will need to make sure that the printer is not moved and that all the users connect to the printer via a single shared device. 

    Although this will help this reoccurring this wont help now and you will need to contact Seagull's Tech Support team directly to see if the can help with this as printers will not be removed from the licence automatically for the seven days after they were last used. Of you use the Submit a Request option at the top of this screen that should give you the details how you can contact them
